Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Use govern your purchase and use of Clixwise software skills and associated materials (“the Product”), offered by Dapper Lane Group LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using Clixwise you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

Clixwise is a collection of AI skill files designed to work with Claude Code (by Anthropic) and the GoHighLevel API. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the skill files on your own computer for your own business purposes.

This is a one-time licence fee. You are not purchasing a subscription to Clixwise. You are responsible for maintaining your own Claude and GoHighLevel subscriptions separately.

What is and is not included

• Included: the skill files, the setup guide, and lifetime updates to those same skill files
• Not included: Claude or GoHighLevel subscriptions (these are purchased directly from Anthropic and GoHighLevel)
• Not included: done-for-you setup, custom development, or ongoing managed services

Permitted use

You may use Clixwise for your own business or for clients you manage. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the skill files with third parties
• Reverse-engineer or modify the skills for commercial redistribution
• Use the Product to violate GoHighLevel’s or Anthropic’s terms of service
• Use the Product for any unlawful purpose

Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the download link has been accessed.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Product after completing setup, contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve it. We stand behind the quality of the Product and want you to succeed with it.

Disclaimer of warranties

Clixwise is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that the Product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every configuration of GoHighLevel or Claude. Results shown in marketing materials are illustrative examples and are not a guarantee of your specific outcomes.

Clixwise is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.) or Anthropic.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dapper Lane Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Clixwise licence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
