When you purchase or use Clixwise, we may collect:

• Your name and email address (provided at checkout)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details)
• Basic usage information such as which tier you purchased
• Support communications you send to us

We do not collect data from inside your GoHighLevel account. The Clixwise skill runs locally on your computer and connects directly to GoHighLevel and Anthropic (Claude) on your behalf. We have no visibility into the commands you type or the data those commands retrieve.

How we use your information

• To deliver your purchase and send your download link
• To provide setup support if you request it
• To send product updates relevant to your purchase (you can opt out at any time)
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-party services

Clixwise uses the following third-party services:

• GoHighLevel — the CRM platform the skill connects to. Governed by GoHighLevel’s Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic (Claude) — the AI model that powers the skill. Your prompts are sent to Anthropic’s API under your own Claude subscription. Governed by Anthropic’s Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — payment processing. Governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• GoHighLevel CRM — we use GHL ourselves to manage customer records and send welcome emails.

Data storage and security

Your purchase details are stored securely within our GoHighLevel account. We apply industry-standard security practices. No sensitive payment data is stored on our systems.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

Our website may use basic cookies for analytics and session management via our GHL-hosted pages. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
